On a winter Friday evening in mid-February, we had the opportunity to host exceptional people in the spaces of the Nizio Gallery along with a unique project titled ‘Kołysanki na biegunach’ [‘Rocking lullabies’].
Karolina Beimcik and Joanna Kucharczyk invited the participants – young mothers, mothers-to-be and their children – to a workshop on singing and inventing lullabies. It was an extremely creative evening spent in a truly magical, warm and soothing atmosphere.
‘Kołysanki na biegunach’ is a series of workshops within the framework of the Lullaby Project Poland – a project run in Poland in partnership with the prestigious Carnegie Hall in New York. February’s lullaby workshop was the first in a series held at our gallery. We do hope the girls will visit us again soon.
